Product labels can sometimes be so boring!

Obviously our customers want to know what is in the tin; what fragrance it is, and who made it – but I also wanted our candles to have a unique and special way to illustrate the care and attention we pay in our hand-made process, and the background to the fragrances we have chosen.

Each fragrance has been carefully selected by us, and each one conjures up places, feelings, and memories.

The result is that I decided to paint my own impression of what each candle conjures up for me.

Maybe you have a different view of “Sea Breeze”  but for me it was the wind in the riggings and full sail to somewhere exciting.   I can’t think of Africa without seeing “Meerkats” busily keeping watch.   The Cedar and Sandalwood Trees have great perfumes but are a little plain ... I see a squirrel busily searching for food.
